Ans: Yes, you can remove the link back by paying a small once of fee of $5.
Q: Can I sell your free templates on my site ?
Ans: No.
Q: Are you a reseller/affiliate of any template site?
Ans: No. We are selling our own templates and we don't have any reseller/affiliate templates.
Q: Can I give your free templates away for free on my site ?
Ans: No.
Q: Can your templates be edited with DreamWeaver or FrontPage ?
Ans: Yes, just open the index.html file from the programs file menu, and you will be able to edit the web page.
Q: How many downloads can i make for a template ?
Ans: For free templates - no limit. For Premium templates - 3 times.

Q: Why two types of prices for templates ?
Ans: Yes, If you have limited budget, try with the normal price. The template will still remain on the site for further sale.
You can also buy the template in unique price. After that the template will be removed from our site and we will not sell it again.
